Tomatoes (one 180g serving) contains 7 grams of carbohydrate and almost no fat.
Some of that carbohydrate (2.0g) is fiber which means that tomatoes have pretty much no fat and very little carbs.
They have 1.5 grams of protein in a whole serving and tons of nutrients. If there was ever a food to lose weight with, it would be this one.
It's almost like eating tomatoes is eating nothing but fiber and water, both of which have no calories so it's a food that delivers pure nutrition with no effect on weight.
You would need to eat about 60 cups per day to maintain your body weight so technically I guess it's possible to gain weight with radishes if you were to eat 90+ cups/day, everyday, but good luck with that feat.
