Leeks (one 89g serving) contains 12 grams of carbohydrate and almost no fat.

Some of that carbohydrate (2g) is fiber which means that leeks have pretty much no fat and little to no carbs.

They have 1 gram of protein in a whole serving and tons of nutrients. If there was ever a food to lose weight with, it would be this one.
