Can I Lose Weight Eating Brussel Sprouts?

Brussel Sprouts (one 78g serving) contains 6 grams of carbohydrate and almost no fat.

Much of that carbohydrate (2g) is fiber which means that brussel sprouts have pretty much no fat and little to no carbs.
