Bok Choy and Weight Loss

Bok Choy (one 70g serving) contain 1.5g of Carbohydrate and no fat.

Much of that carbohydrate (1g) is fiber which means that bok choy has no fat and little to no carbs.

It has 1 gram of protein in a whole cup and tons of nutrients. If there was ever a food to lose weight with, it would be this one!

It's almost like eating fiber and water, both of which have no calories so it's a food that delivers pure nutrition with no effect on weight.

You would need to eat about 250 cups per day to maintain your body weight so technically I guess it's possible to gain weight with bok choy if you were to eat 500+ cups/day, everyday, but good luck with that feat.
