Avocados have less than a gram of sugar in them per serving which is nothing. In fact it's 0.2 of a gram which means you'd need to eat 5 servings to get 1 whole gram.
Because of this they are a part of many of the newer, trendy diets that are low in carbohydrates like the Keto, Atkins and Paleo diets.
You could eat 10 avocados and still not have it give your insulin much of a spike although if you did you'd have bigger problems.
Avocados are a great source of healthy nutrients and are very low to almost 'n' sugar.
