Artichokes are good for you but... More below:

To answer the question about whether or not artichokes are good for your liver would depend on what you mean by "good" for your liver.
If you are suffering from some kind of a liver issue medically, then I wouldn't count on artichokes or any other vegetable to help you through as you try to heal. If your health is stable and you're just wondering if you could improve it by eating artichokes then I would say yes but it's a very weak yes.
Artichokes are a very healthy food to eat. They're packed with vitamins and minerals and have many other healthy properties to them. Eating artichokes along with a healthy diet contribute to overall health.
That means that your liver will be helped so to speak, because you are improving your health holistically and making everything healthier at the same time. I think it would be difficult to just target one organ and not have the others affected as well.
Other than that artichokes don't have any magical properties to help anybody heal medically. All medical issues and protocol of treatment should be coming from your doctor. But it's always helpful to eat a healthy diet and artichokes are part of what would make a very healthy diet, and that you would benefit from.
Hope this was helpful.
